One of those ‘no gym no problem’ posts that get your heart pumping and your muscles burning!

This is a super outdoor circuit that can be done real quick if you don’t allow yourself too long a break between each set 🙂
It’s perfect for those who dont go to a gym, or those who want a change of scene (not always training in a gym environment ). Perfect for everyone!

All the sets can also be done at home-just make sure you do a little bit of cardio to warm up your muscles and get the sweating going 🙂 (skipping rope, running, cycling, swimming or even just running up and down your stairs will do!)
